Pick-Up Information
- Pick-up for items is scheduled for Friday, March 26, 2021, and Saturday, March 27, 2021, at the Liberty Grange, 3067 Harlansburg Rd, New Castle, PA 16101.
- Shipping is not available.
- Buyers will be sent instructions about scheduling a pick-up time and other important information about a safe, no-contact, curbside pick-up.
- Buyers are asked to have their trunks and/or tailgate clear and empty so items can be easily and quickly loaded by members of the auction committee.
- Buyers will arrive at their designated pick-up time at the Liberty Grange, 3067 Harlansburg Rd, New Castle, PA 16101, and remain in their vehicles at all times while a member of the auction committee approaches the car to verify the order and accept payment.
- Payment is due at pick-up in the form of cash, check, or money order. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
- Effective 3/18/2013: There will be a $35.00 service fee in addition to any bank fees for each returned check.
- The auction committee members will then load all items into the trunk and/or tailgate.
- Auction committee members will be wearing masks, regularly use sanitizer between buyers, and practice social distancing.
- To maintain a safe, quick, and efficient pick-up, we ask that buyers remain in their vehicles at all times.
